Caffeine news is everywhere — and that’s the problem.
Most news outlets are saturated. Important caffeine industry stories sit buried between a hundred unrelated headlines, scattered across twenty different verticals, and written for readers who only sometimes care. By the time you find what’s relevant to you, you’ve already wasted twenty minutes and three browser tabs.
I built Jiggle News because keeping up with the caffeine industry shouldn’t feel like an investigation. Every day, I read what the major outlets — AOL, mindbodygreen, PLOS, Verywell Health, Trade publications, Food & Beverage Magazine — are publishing about caffeine. Then I summarize the day’s most consequential stories, organize them by topic, and put them on one page. That’s it. That’s the product.
I wanted a place where someone could check in for five minutes a day and walk away genuinely informed about everything happening in the caffeine industry — without being overwhelmed by everything that isn’t.
Caffeine. Just caffeine.
Most “coffee news” sites cover only coffee. Most “wellness news” sites bury caffeine stories under the diet of the week. Jiggle News is built around one beat: caffeine — across coffee, tea, energy drinks, supplements, functional beverages, regulation, science, and consumer behavior.
Daily summaries, not link dumps
Every morning, the day’s biggest caffeine stories are summarized in plain language with sources cited — not 47 links you have to chase down yourself.
Organized by topic
Filter by Caffeine Science, Health & Wellness, Energy Drinks, Productivity, or Industry News. Read what you care about today; skip the rest.
Exclusively the caffeine beat
No politics, no celebrity gossip, no recipe slideshows. If a story isn’t about caffeine, it doesn’t show up here.
The product came first. The newsroom followed.
Before Jiggle News, I founded Jiggle Caffeine Gummies — because I noticed the caffeine market didn’t have a format that let people dose precisely, that worked for caffeine-sensitive users, and that was actually easy to take on the go.
I also wanted to build something sustainable. Energy drink cans pile up. Coffee cups pile up. Each pack of Jiggle holds roughly the equivalent of 12 lattes, in a fraction of the packaging — caffeine engineered to be portable, predictable, and far less wasteful than what most people are drinking now.
Building Jiggle Caffeine made one thing very clear to me: most people don’t actually know much about caffeine. They know they want something effective. They know they want it to taste good. They know they want it to fit in a bag. But the underlying questions — how much is too much, how timing matters, what L-theanine actually does, why some sources are smoother than others, what the regulatory landscape looks like — those are answered in a handful of academic papers and the occasional Huberman episode, scattered across the internet.
Jiggle News is the part of my mission that lives outside the gummy bag. Building a great caffeine product is one half of helping consumers; helping them understand caffeine is the other.
Plant-based caffeine, engineered for protocols.
63 mg of natural plant-based caffeine per gummy — sourced from green tea extract and guarana, jitter-free, dosed precisely, sustainable, and built for the caffeine consumer who actually cares.

Jiggle News exists for one reason: to give people who care about caffeine — operators, founders, researchers, athletes, knowledge workers, and curious consumers — a single, trustworthy place to keep up with the industry without having to dig.
